Black Nativity and Me in Beverly Hills!

I just returned to my hotel room in Beverly Hills from the screening of the Fox Searchlight holiday movie, Black Nativity.  It is a good family movie perfect for Christmas moviegoers.  The Kasi Lemons scribed film features some great music, like updated versions of Walter Hawkins’ classic gospel song “Be Grateful” and Stevie Wonder’s magnificent “Always.”  The soundtrack is going to be awesome. The star studded cast includes Academy Award winners Jennifer Hudson and Forest Whitaker.  Rounding out the cast are Golden Globe winner Angela Bassett, Mary J Blige, Luke James and up and coming star young Jacob Latimore.  Black Nativity arrives in theaters November 27th, Thanksgiving Weekend. Go see it and be inspired.

Check out my blog real soon for pictures and interviews with the cast.

See movies that inspire your life!
